Moving from Traditional to Successful Flipped Professional Development – TIES

Traditional PD is becoming a thing of the past as Flipped Professional Development is taking over. Traditional PD spends too much time covering new technology or curriculum, resulting in people answering questions on their own or giving up and seeing it as another thing on their plate. With Flipped PD, the time is shifted to learning the new ideas/tools on their own in their own way, while face-to-face time is now spent discussing and collaborating. This personalized learning approach has been successful in many Minnesota schools, will yours be next?

BYOD for collaborative work time to develop your own social media plan! This session is designed for all levels, but primarily beginner and intermediate social media users.
