The Minnesota Association of Secondary School Principals would like to invite you to our 2025 Winter Conference on January 29-31. We are excited to offer a wide range of topics that will help continue to build your leadership capacity.
As a school leader, you are challenged by the volume of work throughout the school year. As we reach the midpoint of the school year, it is time for you to revitalize your leadership by taking a few days to focus on your own learning. Please mark your calendars for January 29-31 to spend time focused on learning from other experts within our field, as well as collaborate with your colleagues who have experience in topics you would like to discuss.

Laying the Foundation for Innovation in Education
Initiating change is the best approach to managing the transformations we wish to see in our schools and classrooms. As we prompt our staff to create innovative learning opportunities for ALL students, we must identify the foundational elements required to foster and support teachers in their methodologies, and understand their significance. We cannot be content with simply leading; we must also create innovative educational environments that are suited for today and tomorrow by focusing on evolving past forms of leadership. Embracing the “Innovator’s Mindset” is essential when innovation becomes a necessity rather than an option for all learners, including ourselves. |
